After years of working on the front line in the food and beverage industry, I embraced an opportunity to take on ​entrepreneurship. My ability to help others, organize, empathize, and solve problems allowed me to transition into a new ​venture as a Virtual Assistant.


I founded LAM Your Virtual Assistant during the pandemic, leveraging my diverse experience and transferable skills to ​build a successful business. As a business owner and mother, I am passionate about creating a balanced work-life ​environment that allows me to work from home and provide for my family.


My professional journey includes experience as a Client Manager where I honed in my skills in client management and ​service excellence. Additionally, my background in the food and beverage industry has equipped me with a unique ​understanding of customer service and operational efficiency.


In 2022, I earned my diploma in Supply Chain & Logistics, along with my CIFFA certificate and the first of many micro-​certificates with CITT. These qualifications have further enhanced and broadened my professional capabilities in Supply ​Chain & Logistics. .


Beyond my business, I stay actively involved in the community by volunteering for the CITT Logistics Association as the ​Event Coordinator. This role allows me to stay connected with industry professionals and contribute to the logistics ​community.


In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, growing and caring for my plants, and indulging in my love ​for ice cream.
